This Site
Like many people, I first noticed Scott in Felicity. I, however, didn't start watching the show until recently. When watching the show, Scott really stood out, and Noel quickly became my favorite character. I started One Stop Scott after trying to find information on Scott. Unfortunately, my search came up short. I found many abandoned sites that hadn't been updated in years. Scott is a great actor, and I thought he deserved an updated fansite.

I started this site on November 29, 2002, and the official launch was on December 2, 2002. It has been through many changes and has moved several times. It started out at Brinkster, but I got aggravated with them and moved to Lycos UK. I stayed there for a few days and was accepted at Fan-sites.org. Current layout is a picture from J-14.
